Boy's College ID Camp-2 DayDATES: (January 14-15, 2017)
*Severe weather date - January 21-22 Boy's College ID Camp is designed to give players the opportunity to experience a NCAA Division One training environment. Players will be evaluated by ODU men's coaching staff as well as get exposure to other College Coaches that will make up the staff. Players will have the opportunity to showcase themselves during training sessions and competitive matches. They will also gain insight into the college recruiting process during a panel discussion with all college coaches in attendance. If you will be attending the College ID Camp please send a one page player bio to Old Dominion Men’s Assistant Coach Travis Myernick at tmyernic@odu.edu. The bio must be received by Monday, January 9th. Your player bio will be put into booklet that will be distributed to all college coaches attending the camp. Please make sure your bio includes the following: Contact information with phone numbers and email addresses. Soccer information with position, club team, uniform number, and brief history of playing experience. NCAA Eligibility Center ID Number. Academic information with name of high school, graduation year, GPA, and SAT/ACT scores broken down by section. MEALS AND LODGING: All meals and lodging are the responsibility of the camper. If you require lodging, the Spring Hill Suites on the campus of ODU will be offering a Dominion Soccer Academy rate of $99 on the night of January 13/14. If you have transportation needs, please have your request into us by no later than Monaday the 9th, to info@dominionsocceracademy.com. If you are a camper staying at the Spring Hill Suites and require transportation to the fields, a free shuttle will be provided 20 minutes prior to each session in front of the main lobby and will return you to the hotel after each session. PARKING: Will be available in Lot 43 at the intersection of 43rd Street and Powhatan Ave. Please see the campus map. WHAT TO BRING: Ball, water bottle, shin-guards, and the proper training gear for all sessions. There will be a Certified Athletic Trainer at each session and water will be provided. All campers must send a copy of their medical insurance card to info@dominionsocceracademy.com or you can bring a copy to registration. FEES/WAIVER: All campers must register online and sign a waiver. Camp fee is $200 and is payable by credit card through our on-line registration.
